David "Dave"
Plummer
Dave Plummer is the Executive Director of The Coalition of Spirit-filled Churches (CSC), an endorsing body for military and civilian chaplains. A former Army and healthcare chaplain, Dave holds multiple certifications in pastoral care and psychotherapy. He has served in various leadership roles within the National Conference on Ministry to the Armed Forces and the Endorsers Conference for Veterans Affairs Chaplaincy, as well as the COMISS Network. He is a Past Co-President of CPSP. Dave is also a licensed marriage and family therapist and has been a clinical supervisor for over 23 years. He has contributed to several publications and served on both the Editorial Committee and Board of Managers of The Journal of Pastoral Care & Counseling. Currently, he resides in Winter Springs, Florida, and continues to endorse chaplains for CSC.
